There are rumors that ABS-CBN will do a TV series remake of the hit Japanese cartoon series "Cedie: Ang Munting Prinsipe". And the child star who will portray the role is no other than Zaijan Jaranilla!Since "Cedie: Ang Munting Prinsipe" became a huge hit way back in 90's and also became a big blockbuster hit when Star Cinema, the movie arm of the Kapamilya network produced a movie version of it, the network is thinking to remake it now in a TV series.
Zaijan is perfect for the said role. Previously, the network is planning to reunite the two child wonders Zaijan Jaranilla and Xyriel Ann Manabat for a TV series remake of "Julio at Julio: Kambal Ng Tadhana". But the said plan didn't prosper so they decided to give Zaijan and Xyriel two separate TV series projects. Since Xyriel already led the new original TV series called "100 Days" with Jodi Sta. Maria, Valerie Concepcion, and Ms. Coney Reyes, is "Cedie: Ang Munting Prinsipe" now be for Zaijan?!
If you were to ask, would you like ABS-CBN to produce a TV series remake of this hit cartoon series?! And would you like Zaijan to return on Primetime now as Cedie?!
The movie version of Star Cinema starred the former child star Tom Taus Jr., the younger brother of Antonette Taus as Cedie with Ms. Jacklyn Jose as Cedie's mother and Mr. Ronaldo Valdez as his grandfather. c",)

ReplyDeletegive chance to others :) my umuusbong na bagong child star ang kapamilya, at alam ko jan magaling ang DOS diba .. i think kung itutuloy nila ang tv series ng cedie , mas fit sya kay LOUISE ABUEL na marami na din napatunayan sa larangan ng drama .. :)
