The rise of the Kapatid station TV5 and the stiff competition in terms of Primetime programs in the Kapuso network didn't prevented ABS-CBN from leading at the No. 1 spot!
The month of November is still for ABS-CBN. It lords the TV rating based from the data of Kantar Media.

ABS-CBN continues to dominate nationwide TV ratings in November with its strong Primetime Bida hitting a national average audience share of 40% vs GMA 7’s 30%, based on recent data from Kantar Media.
ABS-CBN secured all slots in the top ten most watched programs nationwide for the same month.
“Imortal” is still on the lead and remains unbeatable in the top spot with an average rating of 27.9%. It is followed by the hit remake of “Mara Clara” with 27.8% and the fantaserye topbilled by Piolo Pascual and Zaijian Jaranilla, “Noah,” with 27.3%.
The longest running and most credible news program in the country “TV Patrol” ranked 4th with an average rating of 27.2%, beating “24 Oras” and “Willing Willie.”

Even in Metro Manila, ABS-CBN managed to win the hearts of viewers with “Magkaribal” clinching the top spot in the area with an average rating of 26.5% followed by “Imortal” with 25.2%

ABS-CBN Corporation, the country’s largest multimedia conglomerate, generated net income of P2.9 billion for the first nine months of 2010, as it sustained into the third quarter the strong growth momentum in regular advertising revenues in the first semester. This profit level is more than double the net income of P1.3 billion in the first nine months of 2009.
Kantar Media, a global market research group, offers audience research measurement systems in 32 countries. It started releasing its Philippine television audience measurement data in February 2009 with panels composed of 1,370 representative households covering urban Philippines and reporting on seven sectors namely the National Capital Region, North Luzon, Central Luzon, South Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
ABS-CBN shifted to Kantar Media/TNS after filing a case vs. AGB Nielsen Media Research for failing to comply with its request to investigate alleged cheating and data tampering in TV ratings. The case is still pending in court.
