Rumors were now spreading that the classic film of Mr. Celso Ad Castillo called "Burlesk Queen" is about to remake for the third time in a movie. And the top choice is no other than Ms. Marian Rivera!The said movie was originally done by the Star For All Season Ms. Vilma Santos in the 70's and gave Ate Vi a best Actress trophy during the MMFF of the said year. Gov. Vi portrayed the character of Chato, the "Burlesk Queen". This was also one of her remarkable role in the big screen!
Ten years later, the said movie was being revived with Ms. Ina Raymundo as the early 90's "Burlesk Queen". This movie was really a sexy film and was even became controversial when MTRCB reacted since Ina did a frontal nudity in the said film!
Early last year, there was a plan that "Burlesk Queen" will be revived into a TV series. And it was said that Ms. Cristine Reyes will portray the role since she successfully played "Eva Fonda" in a TV series. But the said plan didn't push through!
Now "Burlesk Queen" will be revived into another movie! Do you think Marian Rivera is fitted and perfect for the said role?! And will Marian accept the offer?! Is she ready now to turn-off her clothes?! C",)
