Aside from Ms. Eula Valdez who is confirmed to be part of the much-awaited TV series remake "Mula Sa Puso", another big star is also part of the main cast. And she is no other than, Ms. Gretchen Barretto!After her successful TV comeback via the hit fashion-serye "Magkaribal", Gretchen Barretto is set to do another teleserye. And this is the remake of "Mula Sa Puso" which gave rise to the career of her younger sister Claudine Barretto!
It's good to know that the two Barretto sisters Claudine and Gretchen became part of the two "Mula Sa Puso" series. Claudine played the lead character in the original version of it which truly became a huge phenomenal Primetime hit in the late part of 90's. Now in the new version, it's the turn of Gretchen! Do you think Gretchen Barretto will also be successful in this TV series the same way Claudine Barretto got?!
The new "Mula Sa Puso" is set to premiere this second quarter of 2011. Their first taping day will start today!
"Mula Sa Puso" remake then will be the second TV series comeback of La Greta after "Magkaribal". Her supposed to be TV series with Angelica Panganiban tentatively titled as "Pinulot Ka Lang Sa Lupa" will postponed for a while to give way to "Mula Sa Puso"!
