Aside from the new twists in the story of this new "Mula Sa Puso", everyone is also curious for its theme song. Still, the theme song of this very promising hit teleserye is "Mula Sa Puso" but now performed by a different artist.The original singer of this hit song is Jude Michael. His version was used in the original "Mula Sa Puso" in 1997. Roselle Nava even made her own rendition of the theme song and also used in the original soap opera of Claudine Barretto, Diether Ocampo, and Rico Yan.
In the 2011 remake of "Mula Sa Puso", it is the "Pilipinas Got Talent" grand winner Jovit Baldivino who revived the said song.
