Renz Fernandez is Now Entering the Field of Acting!

Renz Fernandez is not actually a new name in the showbiz world. All of us were already familiar with him.

Renz Fernandez is the youngest son of the action star Mr. Rudy Fernandez and the award-winning actress Ms. Lorna Tolentino. He is also the younger brother of Rap Fernandez. Being the son of the famous showbiz couple, Renz is already popular in the world of showbiz!

Now Renz is formally entering the actual world of showbiz through acting. And his acting debut is the weekly mini-series "Your Song Presents". He is being paired with the hottest young actress of today, Ms. Kim Chiu!

According to this 25 year-old guy, it had been his childhood dream to be in the same industry as his parents. “Bata pa lang ako gusto ko na mag-artista. Kaya lang nag-promise ako kay Papa na tatapusin ko muna ‘yung pag-aaral ko. Natapos ko na po ‘yung studies ko nung October. Tama naman ‘yung desisyon niya. Ngayon mas may disiplina na ako. Mas kaya ko nang mag-focus. Ngayon hahabulin ko na ang pangarap na ‘yun.”

For his acting debut in "Your Song Presents", Renz expressed his deep gratitude for being paired with Kim who is regarded as a Primetime Princess of ABS-CBN. “Feeling ko napaka-blessed ko na nakatrabaho ko si Kim para sa unang unang trabaho ko. I feel honored. Thank you talaga. Sobrang taas ng gratitude ko sa ABS-CBN, sa inyong lahat.”

Renz even reveals that he has no girlfriend. According to him, "Girlfriend ko ngayon ang acting. Sana mas magmahalan kami ng todo para maging maganda ang kalabasan!”

Seems that the Fernandez siblings are now conquering the showbiz world. Rap was the first to enter showbiz via the action-fantasy TV series "Buhawi Jack" wherein he played the role of a villain against Gerald Anderson. And now here is Renz having his acting debut via "Your Song Presents" opposite Kim Chiu. It also good to note that Kimerald is baptizing these two Fernandez brothers! Nice!
