Kristine Hermosa's real-life hubby Oyo Boy Sotto returns in the field of TV series via the newest TV5's teleserye offering. Oyo leads this Carlo J. Caparas masterpiece. Oyo is one of the lead cast of "Bangis", the upcoming Primetime fantasy-adventure TV series on the Kapatid network. He is paired for the first time to Kapatid young actress Danita Paner.
Oyo portrays the character of Leon, a crocodile slayer. His goal is to kill all the wild crocodiles as a form of revenge since his parents were killed by crocodiles way back in childhood. "Bangis" marks the return of Oyo on Primetime TV series. His last TV series with the Kapatid network is the weekly horror mini-series "Midnight DJ". This also marks the comeback of Danita on the Primetime scene after her soap with JC De Vera called "My Driver Sweet Lover".
Other known cast of this newest teleserye are Rodjun Cruz, Bayani Agbayani, and Ms. Tessie Tomas plus the newest Kapatid child actor.
"Bangis" is set to hit the Primetime on July 4, 2011. This is their replacement for their defunct TV series "Mga Nagbabagang Bulaklak." c",)
