Dolphy's grandson named Rowell Quizon auditioned in "Pilipinas Got Talent" Season 3 in their Sunday episode last August 7, 2011!
Rowell showcased his singing talent in this hit reality talent search show infront of the judges Kris Aquino, Ai Ai Delas Alas, and Freddie M. Garcia. Kris noticed the young hunk as he step in the stage and said: “I think I know you.” Rowell then revealed that he is the grandson of the Comedy King!
Rowell Quizon's PGT 3 AuditionDespite being a showbiz royalty, Rowell patiently underwent the whole audition process and waited in line just like everybody else. Reports said that this 28-year old hunk didn’t tell Dolphy about his plan so as to surprise him.
Rowell's balladeer voice and natural charisma got all judges’ votes and lead him to proceed to the next round!
Rowell is the son of the late Freddie Quizon, Dolphy's son from stage actress Gracia Dominguez. At present, the hunk singer performs at The Library comedy bar and restaurant.
