After weeks of intense battles for culinary supremacy, the country’s favorite kiddie cooks Cailtin, Jobim, Kyle, Louise, Mika, and Philip will whip up the best dishes this weekend that will secure them a spot in the grand finale of “Junior MasterChef Pinoy Edition.”
This Saturday, the kids are set to conquer a Mystery Box Challenge where they will serve up recipes from combo ingredients, namely raw mango and shrimp paste, pork and tofu, and gelatin and tapioca pearls.
The challenge’s five bottom scorers will then battle out in a showdown of mud crab dishes on Sunday’s episode (Feb 12), where host Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo and judges Chef Ferns, Chef Lau, and Chef Jayps will declare the top 4 finalists who will face off in the “Junior MasterChef Pinoy Edition: The Live Cook-off” next Saturday (Feb 18).
More and more viewers are hooked on the culinary competition as it draws to a close. Last Saturday (Feb 4), “Junior MasterChef Pinoy Edition” scored a national TV rating of 24.3% versus GMA-7’s “Spooky Valentine Presents Maestra” (18.6%).
Watch “Junior MasterChef Pinoy Edition” this Saturday (Feb 11) after “Wansapanataym” and this Sunday (Feb 12) after “Goin’ Bulilit” on ABS-CBN.
