After reigning almost 7 years on primetime TV, Coco Martin who is playing the iconic character of Cardo Dalisay officially announced the 'last 3 weeks' of their undisputed action series "FPJ's Ang Probinsyano!"
On the last night's (July 22, 2022) episode, Coco Martin surprised the viewers and netizens as he appeared on the last part of the episode making the official announcement. Dubbed as "FPJ's Ang Probinsyano: Ang Pambansang Pagtatapos," Coco started his speech saying "Mga ka-probinsyano, dumating na po ang oras. Ang programing minahal niyo ng pitong taon ay nalalapit na po ang pagtatapos..."
Coco confirmed that the longest running teleserye on the history of Philippine Television is already down to its last three weeks. The countdown begins this Monday, July 25!
"Malungkot man na tayo ay maghihiwalay pero walang hanggang pagpapasalamat ang aming nararamdaman. Nagbago man ang mundo, nandiyan pa rin kayo," Coco expressed on his official announcement.

Meanwhile after the official announcement of the ending of "FPJ's Ang Probinsyano," the news eventually spread like wild fire on social media. Different reactions were shared by the viewers and netizens making the topics like "Ang Probinsyano" and "Cardo" trended worldwide!
Looking back, "FPJ's Ang Probinsyano", is a TV series adaptation of Fernando Poe Jr.'s 1997 movie produced by VIVA Films. It started airing on ABS-CBN's Primetime Bida block on September 28, 2015.
Almost every year, the series would be reported to be ending but it would continue airing on TV because of its high ratings. Even if ABS-CBN's broadcast franchise was junked by the Congress, the series is still airing continuously on the different digital platform.
"Kahit man po matapos ang teleseryeng ito, hinding-hindi matatapos ang pagmamahal namin sa inyo. Kaya kapit lang sa huling tatlong linggo, ito po ang FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano: Ang Pambansang Pagtatapos," Coco Martin ended.
Meanwhile, "FPJ's Ang Probinsyano" is said to be replaced by Mars Ravelo's "Darna: The TV Series" which also announced on the same night, that it will air its pilot episode on August 15, 2022. Double excitement!
